N.J. Stat. § 39:3-4d: "Geographical district" defined

TITLE 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION

"Geographical district" shall be defined as within a 5 mile radius of a motor vehicle agency or agent designated pursuant to section 39:3-3 of the Revised Statutes.
