N.J. Stat. § 39:3A-2: Punishment for violations

TITLE 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION

A person violating the provisions of this act shall, for each violation, be subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten days or both.
