N.J. Stat. § 39:4-42: Action of motorman on collision

- TITLE 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The motorman or driver of a street car which collides with a person or vehicle shall stop immediately, give his name and address and render any assistance that may be required to an injured person.
