N.J. Stat. § 39:6A-26: Tolling statute of limitations

TITLE 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION

Submission of a controversy to arbitration shall toll the statute of limitations for filing an action until the filing of the arbitration decision in accordance with section 7 of this act.
