TITLE 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION

The director shall have authority to make rules and regulations necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. The director may employ, subject to existing laws, such persons as the director requires for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and the director may fix their compensation.
