N.J. Stat. § 3B:13-29: Termination of guardianship; settlement of account.

TITLE 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS

Upon the termination of a guardianship, by death of the ward or otherwise, the public guardian shall settle the account in the same manner as other guardians of persons who are incapacitated.
