TITLE 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS

Fiduciary as issuing corporation. An exchange or conversion of securities may be made pursuant to this article notwithstanding that the fiduciary which holds the securities in a trust estate is the same corporation which issued the securities.
