N.J. Stat. § 4:6-1: Definitions

As used in this chapter:

a. "Department" means the department of agriculture.

b. "Disease" unless otherwise herein limited or enlarged means the diseases known as American foulbrood or European foulbrood or other discoverable, contagious or infectious bee disease.
