N.J. Stat. § 40:55D-28.1: Provision of technical assistance.

2. Upon request by a planning board, the Department of Environmental Protection shall provide technical assistance, as practicable, to a municipality preparing a climate change related hazard vulnerability assessment pursuant to subparagraph (h) of paragraph (2) of subsection b. of section 19 of P.L.1975, c.291 (C.40:55D-28).
