N.J. Stat. § 40:55D-88.7: No approval extended, tolled to the "Peter J. Barnes III Wildlife Preservation Commission."

7. Notwithstanding any provision of P.L.2008 c.78 (C.40:55D-136.1 et seq.) to the contrary, no approval, as defined therein, within the Peter J. Barnes III Wildlife Preserve shall be extended or tolled pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2008, c.78 (C.40:55D-136.1 et seq.).
