N.J. Stat. § 40:9B-2: Appropriation of funds

- TITLE 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The board of chosen freeholders of such county or the governing body of such municipality may appropriate funds to carry out a program or programs established and maintained pursuant to this act.
