N.J. Stat. § 40A:10-34: Eligibility

- TITLE 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
An auxiliary police volunteer shall not be ineligible to receive any of the benefits under N.J.S. 40A:10-33 because he may otherwise receive any form of compensation or salary from the municipality.
