- TITLE 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any monies due a municipality pursuant to the provisions of section 40 of P.L. 1985, c. 38 (C. 48:13A-5.1) may be anticipated by the municipality for the purposes of preparing its annual budget.
