N.J. Stat. § 40A:9-127.1: Functions, powers, duties, constable, abolished.

1. All of the functions, powers, and duties previously awarded to a constable appointed prior to the elimination of the position of constable pursuant to P.L.2023, c.250 (C.40A:9-127.1 et al.) are hereby abolished.
