N.J. Stat. § 43:10-46: "County probation officers" defined

- TITLE 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The words "county probation officers" as used in this article shall mean and include the chief probation officer; and persons permanently appointed to act as probation officers, which appointments are made by the assignment judge of the Superior Court, as provided for in N.J.S.2A:168-5.
