TITLE 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

The management of the business and affairs, the custody of the property and the disposal of the funds and property of the corporation shall be entrusted to the board of representatives thereof in accordance with R.S.43:17-35 and the rules and regulations adopted by the New Jersey State Firemen's Association.
