N.J. Stat. § 45:10-17: Definitions

As used in this act:

"Board" means the State Board of Medical Examiners.

"Certified nurse midwife" means a certified nurse midwife registered with the board.

"Drug" means drugs, medicine and devices, as determined by the board.
