13. The provisions of P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-1 et al.) shall apply to any individual who engages or seeks to engage in any of the activities in this State which are regulated by the board pursuant to P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-1 et al.), including individuals whose residence or principal place of business is located outside of this State.
