N.J. Stat. § 46:30B-5: Contents of initial report

Contents of initial report. The initial report filed under this chapter for property that was not required to be reported before the effective date of this chapter but which is subject to this chapter shall include all items of property that would have been presumed abandoned during the 10-year period preceding the effective date of this chapter as if this chapter had been in effect during that period. The initial report shall also identify any property that was not required to be reported before the effective date of this chapter but which is subject to this chapter which has been paid or delivered to any other state or otherwise disposed of in any manner by the holder during the preceding 10 years.
