N.J. Stat. § 46:30B-80: Holder paying claim; interest

Holder paying claim; interest. Any holder who pays the owner for property that has been delivered to the State and which, if claimed from the administrator would be subject to R.S.46:30B-79, shall add interest as provided in R.S.46:30B-79. The added interest shall be repaid to the holder by the administrator in the same manner as the principal. Source: New.
