N.J. Stat. § 46:5-9: Registered mortgages not affected

Nothing in sections 46:5-3 to 46:5-6 of this title contained shall be construed to affect or impair the effect of any mortgage registered as provided by chapter 17 of this title (s. 46:17-1 et seq.).
