TITLE 50 SHELLFISHERIES - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT, SHELLFISHERIES COUNCIL, LEASING, AND PLANTING

No lease shall be granted to any person who is not at the time of granting the lease legally domiciled or incorporated in this State.
