TITLE 50 SHELLFISHERIES - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT, SHELLFISHERIES COUNCIL, LEASING, AND PLANTING

The council, with the approval of the commissioner, may lease to applicants therefor any of the lands of this State that have been or may hereafter be condemned pursuant to the provisions of chapter 24 of Title 58 of the Revised Statutes.
