- TITLE 50 SHELLFISHERIES - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT, SHELLFISHERIES COUNCIL, LEASING, AND PLANTING
No boat or vessel shall be used or employed in the catching or taking of oysters in the Delaware River, Delaware Bay or their tributaries in this State, without a license for that purpose issued by the commissioner.
