N.J. Stat. § 50:3-10: Title to lands under tidal waters.

- TITLE 50 SHELLFISHERIES - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT, SHELLFISHERIES COUNCIL, LEASING, AND PLANTING
Nothing in this Title shall strengthen, confirm or verify the title of any person to any lands lying under the tidal waters of the Delaware River or Delaware Bay, above the southwest line.
