N.J. Stat. § 54:51A-2: Direct appeal to tax court in certain cases

Direct appeal to tax court in certain cases. Where any taxpayer or taxing district shall file a direct appeal to the Tax Court pursuant to R.S.54:3-21, a copy of the complaint shall also be filed with the assessor and the clerk of the taxing district, who shall forthwith notify the collector and all other municipal officials as the governing body shall direct of the content thereof.
