N.J. Stat. § 55:14K-27: No personal liability on bonds

TITLE 55 TENEMENT HOUSES AND PUBLIC HOUSING

Neither the members of the agency nor any person executing bonds issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on such bonds by reason of the issuance thereof.
