N.J. Stat. § 58:14-15.1: Installment payments for cost of maintenance, repair and operation

Payments by municipalities to the commissioners pursuant to any contract entered into for the cost of maintenance, repair and operation of a sewer, plant or works constructed by the commissioners, shall be made in equal quarterly installments on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 of each year.
