N.J. Stat. § 58:14-6.1: Group hospital service; deductions

Whenever the employees of Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners shall have formed themselves into a group for the purpose of obtaining the advantages of a group plan for any hospital service and have filed with said commissioners written petition and authorizations signed by the employees, said commissioners may by resolution authorize the deductions specified in the written petition and authorizations of the payment thereof.
