N.J. Stat. § 58:22-19: Effective date; operative upon approval of Water Bond Act of 1958

This act shall take effect immediately, but shall be inoperative unless and until the "New Jersey Water Bond Act, 1958," shall be duly approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting on the question of the approval of said act at a general election.
