17-3-11: Possession of license declared void is unlawful.

Any person in possession of a hunting or fishing license containing the serial number which was reported by the collector as the application blank which was lost and which was declared void by the director of the department of game and fish [department of wildlife], and the license was not validly issued to him, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
