17-3-20: Fee disposition.

Of the two dollars ($2.00) collected for each temporary license issued pursuant to Section 17-3-19 NMSA 1978, one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) shall be paid to the department of game and fish [department of wildlife] to be credited to the game protection fund and fifty cents ($.50) shall be paid to the vendor of the license.
