17-3-8: Loss of application blanks by license collector; accounting.

In the event that a license collector shall lose any of the application blanks for hunting or fishing licenses issued to him by the director of the department of game and fish [department of wildlife], he shall immediately notify the director of the loss of the blanks and he shall inform the director of the number and the serial number of each of the application blanks lost.
