24-7D-10: Third party reliance on supported decision-making agreement.

A person who receives an original or a copy of a supported decision-making agreement shall rely on the agreement, unless the person suspects abuse, neglect or exploitation and makes a report pursuant to Section 21 [24-7D-13 NMSA 1978] of this 2025 act.
