ARTICLE 20 Crimes Against Public Peace

This act [30-20-13 to 30-20-15 NMSA 1978] shall be construed to be an alternative to and not in lieu of the provisions of Laws 1969, Chapter 281 [30-20-4 to 30-20-9 NMSA 1978].
