32A-5-3.1: Applicability of terms.

To the extent practicable, any provision of the Adoption Act applicable to a father-child relationship applies to a mother-child relationship or parent-child relationship, and any provision of the Adoption Act applicable to a mother-child relationship applies to a father-child relationship or parent-child relationship.
