ARTICLE 13 Recycling, Circular Economy and Illegal Dumping

A person operating a tire recycling facility under a permit issued pursuant to the Recycling, Circular Economy and Illegal Dumping Act shall not be required to obtain a permit for that facility pursuant to the Solid Waste Act [74-9-1 NMSA 1978].
