NRS 0.034: “Gender identity or expression” defined.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in a particular statute or required by the context, “gender identity or expression” and any variation of that term means a gender-related identity, appearance, expression or behavior of a person, regardless of the person’s assigned sex at birth.
