NRS 0.0365: “Licensed psychologist” defined.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in a particular statute or required by the context, “licensed psychologist” means a psychologist licensed pursuant to chapter 641 of NRS or authorized to practice psychology in this State pursuant to the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact enacted in NRS 641.227.
