NRS 1.410: Public officers and employees to cooperate with Commission.

All public officers and employees of the State, its agencies and political subdivisions and all officers of the court shall cooperate with the Commission on Judicial Selection in any lawful investigation or proceeding of the Commission and furnish information and reasonable assistance to the Commission or its authorized representative.
