LIENS FOR STORAGE, MAINTENANCE, KEEPING OR REPAIR OF VEHICLES, MOBILE HOMES, MANUFACTURED HOMES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, TRAILERS OR AIRCRAFT

For the purposes of this chapter, the person named in the federal aircraft registration certificate shall be deemed a legal owner of any aircraft.
