- LIENS FOR STORAGE, MAINTENANCE, KEEPING OR REPAIR OF VEHICLES, MOBILE HOMES, MANUFACTURED HOMES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, TRAILERS OR AIRCRAFT
The lien claimant shall provide the legal owner, within 24 hours after receipt of a written request, with a written statement of the amount of the lien on any aircraft, aircraft equipment or parts if:
1. A notice of the lien has not been filed; and
2. The time for filing the lien has not expired.
