Definitions and Other General Provisions

If a matter governed by this chapter is also governed by chapter 78, 81, 82, 86, 87, 87A, 88 or 88A of NRS and there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of those other chapters, the provisions of this chapter prevail.
