CREATION, ALTERATION AND TERMINATION OF CONDOMINIUM HOTELS

The boundaries of the hotel unit, including the shared components, if any, must be expressly set forth in the declaration or other governing documents of the condominium hotel and must be recorded in any county in which the declaration is recorded.
