NRS 117.103: Rules against perpetuities and unreasonable restraints on alienation.

NRS 111.1031 and the common-law rules of property known as the rule against perpetuities and the rule restricting unreasonable restraints on alienation must not be applied to defeat any of the provisions of this chapter.
