CHAPTER 119 - SALE OF SUBDIVIDED LAND: LICENSING AND REGULATION
ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER; FEES

The Division shall, not later than January 1, 1972, and may from time to time thereafter, promulgate such regulations as it deems necessary for the carrying out and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
