CHAPTER 119 - SALE OF SUBDIVIDED LAND: LICENSING AND REGULATION
ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER; FEES

In any proceeding under this chapter, the Administrator may appoint hearing officers from the staff of the Department of Business and Industry who shall act as his or her agents and conduct any hearing or investigation which may be conducted by the Administrator under the provisions of this chapter.
