GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Developer” means a person who solicits memberships and sells contracts of membership for consideration in a campground which affords camping sites and related facilities primarily to members, unless the person is exempt from federal taxation pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 501 (c)(3).
