NRS 119B.135: Terms and conditions of supporting documents: Description in public offering statement; conditions of permit.

The terms and conditions of the documents and agreements submitted pursuant to subsections 4 and 5 of NRS 119B.130 to which the developer or an affiliate of the developer is a party must be described in the public offering statement and constitute additional terms and conditions of the applicant’s permit to sell memberships.
