CHAPTER 125B - OBLIGATION OF SUPPORT
SECURITY FOR PAYMENT OF SUPPORT

A trustee designated by the court to be responsible for receiving any money or property or for making any disbursements pursuant to NRS 125B.210, is not liable for any action undertaken in good faith and in conformance with NRS 125B.200 to 125B.300, inclusive.
